Sean Rankin

Director of Field Operations

Sean Rankin joined Corstone in 2015 as a Project Manager. Today he serves as Director of Field Operations where he oversees training, planning and performance for all of Corstone's field staff. He has spent over 20 years in the construction industry, holding multiples roles in project management, estimating and field work.

Sean tried the "suit and tie" thing out of college, but quickly realized how much he missed construction and being a part of building something. Sean holds a B.A. in Business/Corporate Communication from the University of Washington. When he's off the clock, you'll find him hunting and camping with his charcoal lab by his side or spending time working on his 5-acre property.

Josh Dauzat

Project Manager

Josh Dauzat joined the Corstone team in 2017 as a Project Manager, focusing mainly with our retail and restaurant clients. He has spent 15+ years in the construction industry, holding positions in estimating and field supervision before coming to Corstone.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Josh grew up watching his dad work as a Carpenter. He always admired his trade and knew he would one day work in the industry. When Josh isn't in the office or on a job site, you can find him in the outdoors and enjoying quality time with his wife and two kids or exploring his new home of Washington.

Marshall Ryan

Project Manager

Marshall Ryan has been an important member of Corstone since the company's inception in 2002. He focuses mainly with our veterinary/healthcare and retail clients. Has has been a key part to building up Corstone's veterinary customer base. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed many lasting relationships with our customers.

You can find Marshall throwing strikes at the bowling alley or camping and fishing with his family when he's not working hard for his clients.

Sean Barquist

Project Manager

Sean Barquist has been an integral part of the Corstone team since 2004. He is Certified LEED AP and has worked on a range of projects for Corstone including retail, restaurant, and multifamily. He began his career in construction over 30 years ago out in the field where he developed a great understanding of civil work.

Sean is proud of the relationships he has developed with many of Corstone's repeat customers. He strives to bring quality to all of this projects with an attention to detail. When Sean isn't tending to his jobs and customers, you'll find in the great outdoors camping and hiking or traveling to tropical destinations with his wife.

Michael Cabe

Project Manager

Michael Cabe joined the Corstone team in 2018, focusing mainly with our restaurant and retail clients. He brings a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years in the industry. Prior to joining Corstone, Michael worked for an architectural company for 20 years focusing on design, client relationships, and project management for hospitality and retail clients. He excels at protecting client interests and budget while bringing projects to successful completion on schedule.

When Michael’s not working hard for his clients, he’s traveling and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He also has been an adjunct college instructor, teaching Building Codes.
