Corstone completed the Unit Turn project at Club Palisades in Federal Way, WA. The project consisted of remodeling over 50 units at an occupied complex. The renovated units were spread out over 70 buildings on a 5 acre site with limited parking and staging areas.

Work to the units included select demolition of existing flooring and finishes, installation of new cherry cabinets, kitchen counter tops, appliances, wood flooring, carpet, bathroom laminate flooring, painting and tile work at the fireplace surrounds.

To ensure successful completion, Corstone worked closely with on-site managers to understand when units would become available for remodel. A high level of communication was necessary to coordinate access to parking and staging areas, in addition to ensuring temporary access and protection for residents.
