Corstone completed construction of the Lobby Renovation to the Galleria Apartments in Seattle, WA. The 206-unit complex is located in Northgate and is one of several properties remodeled by Corstone for Bascom Properties.

The Lobby Renovation project consisted of a complete demolition and rebuild of the main entrance lobby area. The project encompassed both the management office and public use areas (including a computer room, lounge space, recreation room, etc.). Corstone completed the project while the property remained occupied, working closely with the on-site staff to minimize disruption to the residents' activities as much as possible. Corstone completed the project on schedule and according to budget.
