Corstone completed the addition to Bridle Trails Apartments, an Essex Property Trust facility in Bellevue, WA. The project consisted of new construction of 18 residential apartment units spanning three buildings.

The property originally housed 92 units, which remained fully occupied through out the construction of the addition. The site work required for the project was extensive and included significant tree removal, in addition to particular care to adhere to environmental guidelines. The heavily wooded site is located on steep hill grades, limiting the site.

Corstone's in-house resources completed supervision, carpentry, finish carpentry, clean-up and miscellaneous concrete work. The 18-unit addition was the second project Corstone completed at the property, having remodeled the cabana and pool facility prior.
