Corstone completed the remodel to the Red Lobster Restaurant in Kennewick WA in 2013. The project consisted of an occupied remodel of a fully operating restaurant. Corstone’s scope included adding new sidewalks, resealing and upgrading the ADA parking area, upgrades to the finishes and decor of the interior of the restaurant, restroom upgrades and exterior painting. Our team completed the work at night, enabling the restaurant to remain fully operational throughout the entire project. Red Lobster never lost a day of operation during the construction. Corstone completed the remodel to the 8,163 SF facility on time and according to budget.
