Corstone completed construction of The Everett Clinic at Harbour Pointe Clinic Remodel in June 2009. The project consisted of a phased remodel in the occupied and fully functioning 14,000 SF medical clinic. The first phase involved temporarily relocating the reception area and communications departments while the medical records room was reduced to construct the new pharmacy space. Phase 2 required construction of the new front desk and phone room. The final phase consisted of remodeling existing exams as a triage room, remodeling bathrooms and building a new reception area in the lab.

Working closely with the on-site staff was critical to ensuring completion in the occupied environment. The Everett Clinic extended the contract with Corstone to complete Tenant Improvements to a 10,000 SF building adjacent to the Harbour Pointe clinic. This TI consists of remodeling existing office space into a full service pediatrics clinic facility.
