Corstone completed construction of a 5,000 square foot addition for Sonitrol Pacific. Located in Everett, the project consisted of completing a new addition to an occupied facility. Sonitrol Pacific is a security monitoring company with patented technology. Security of the project and the ability to ensure that the monitoring facility remained operating was of crucial importance to the Owner. Additionally, the project was located on an extremely tight site, with as little as 18 inches between the neighboring building on one side. Staging and planning of the project were significant to the timely completion of this 8 month project.
