ACCES Animal Emergency - Renton

Seattle, WA

Corstone completed the Tenant Improvement for ACCES Animal Hospital in 2010. The project consisted of a complete renovation to existing space, including removal of interior walls, floor coverings, finishes, etc. Corstone then built a new 24-hour emergency animal hospital that services Renton and surrounding areas. Corstone completed the 7,200 SF project on an accelerated schedule of 3 months, enabling the owners to occupy and begin providing services as quickly as possible. The space includes triage, exam, treatment, surgery, imaging, isolation rooms and dog ward. The project also included a staff break room, on-call bedroom facility, managers office, doctor’s office, laundry room, etc. The project was completed according to budget and on time (accelerated schedule).
