Corstone completed the build out for Northpointe Animal Hospital in 2011. The project consisted of a full Tenant Improvement for the new veterinary facility. Select demolition was performed as the space was previously occupied.

Located in a busy shopping center complex, the 2,374 SF project included 2 full examination rooms, treatment areas, lab/imaging, reception, office and staff facilities. The project also included a glass walled exterior trellis area used to showcase animals for adoption. Corstone completed the project in under 10 weeks, and delivered the project under budget.
