Corstone completed construction of the Marysville Secondary Campus Gymnasium project in March 2008. The project consisted of constructing a new 20,000 SF gymnasium facility adjacent to a new secondary school that was also being constructed (by another contractor). The gymnasium was constructed within 3 feet of the school, significantly limiting the construction site. Complicating the project was the presence of 3 other major construction projects by different contractors on the same site. Corstone worked closely with the Owner and project team to ensure a successful completion. This project required adherence to Prevailing Wage standards.
