Corstone completed construction for the Hartford Industrial Toy Garage for Lots 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7. Located in Lake Stevens, the ground-up project consisted of multiple buildings and extensive site work.

Corstone worked closely with the Owner on this design-build project over 2.5 years in several phases while meeting strict budget and time constraints.
