Corstone recently completed construction on the Weaver Road Senior Housing Project in Snohomish, WA. The 100-unit project features 40 studios, 40 one-bedrooms, and 20 two-bedroom apartments with 75 on-site parking spaces. The 5-story community was designed with gathering spaces on each floor. Site work included clearing trees, removal of material for basement footprint, concrete paving and wetland mitigation.

Koz hired Corstone to assist with pre-construction of the Weaver Road project. Our team provided budget updating, value engineering and constructability feedback through development of design documents. Working closely as a team allowed Corstone to develop a highly competitive and accurate GMP. This project was completed just as COVID-19 pandemic restrictions were enforced. Despite that challenge, the team was able to significantly minimize extension of the completion by enacting COVID-19 safety protocols and continuing to manage completion.
