Corstone completed the remodel to Earl’s Kitchen + Bar in 2018. Located in the Lincoln Square Building in downtown Bellevue, the project included upgrades to the entire bar and restaurant including flooring, lighting, and seating.

Corstone also completed the original construction for the Tenant Improvement for Earl’s in 2009. The project consisted of a build-out for the Canadian restaurant chain entering the Seattle market. Corstone worked closely with both the Earl’s team and the landlord (Kemper Freeman) to ensure both smooth completion of the space while the remainder of the new building was being completed.

The 10, 264 square foot space included several custom elements, including installation of a 300+ bulb chandelier, 43-foot bar, climatized wine room, glass and metal screen interior walls, stone slab finishes and bronze doors.
