Bird & Exotic Animal Medicine Hospital

Corstone completed construction of the Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine Hospital in 2011 for Dr. Adolf Maas. The 2-story hospital consists of exam and treatment facilities for Avian and Exotic animals. The 7,000 SF building contains 4 exam rooms, reception, triage / treatment center, X-ray room, mammal boarding areas, exotic and avian boarding areas, doctor offices, staff lounge and living quarters for on-site emergency doctors. The project was completed on a tight site with sensitive wetland issues, requiring careful site management and planning.
