Projects

Corstone completed several Pet Campus facilities for Wagly. The 10,000 SF projects included veterinary examination rooms, treatment areas, surgery rooms, isolations areas, imaging, feed/utility areas, grooming and bathing areas. The facilities also included boarding facilities for large and small breed dogs and play areas that doubled as training facilities. Luxury suites were also provided for boarding independent animals. Feline boarding areas were also included. Unique features included collapsable kennels that enabled greater use of open spaces. Staff offices, break rooms and reception/retail areas completed the spaces. Corstone completed the build-outs in roughly 3-4 months, working closely with the Owner and the project team to navigate tough jurisdictions.
