Corstone completed the build-out of the Voss and Aros buildings at the Ballard Apartment Complex in Seattle, WA. The project consisted of completing exterior and interior renovations that the previous owner failed to complete. The property was purchased via bankruptcy foreclosure by Coast Equity Partners, who hired Corstone to complete the remodel.

Each building contained 19 units, totaling 38 units at the site. Corstone's role included inventorying materials and the condition of each unit and completing construction as quickly as possible. Providing an aggressive timeline, Corstone delivered the first building ahead of schedule, enabling the owner to begin leasing earlier than anticipated.
