Maloney Heights

Port Angeles, WA

Corstone completed construction of the Maloney Heights Low Income Housing project in Port Angeles, WA. As a public bid project, Corstone completed the work utilizing federal prevailing wage rates. The scope of work included the new construction of a 17,230 square foot, 2-story multifamily building.

Intended to permantently house chronically homeless single adults, the 28-unit project consisted of studio apartments. The property is managed by Serenity House of Clallam County and included joint support from Habitat for Humanity and Peninsula Community Mental Health Center.

Corstone delivered the project on budget and according to schedule. The project was built next to occupied social service and housing facilities serving the Port Angeles area.
