Corstone completed the Banner Bank project in September 2009. The 2-story financial facility consists of retail and business banking services for the Walla Walla based bank. Replacing an existing branch located several miles south, this new facility provides better access, more convenience and significantly more room for the bank. The project consisted of the new construction of the 7,500 SF brick building. The 4,000 SF first floor houses teller space, lobby/waiting area with refreshment center, conference room, management offices, restrooms, vault and elevator access. The second floor consists of waiting area / open seating and additional offices.

When Corstone was approximately 2/3 complete with the project the bank requested an accelerated schedule for business purposes. Corstone was able to accommodate the request, accelerating the schedule and delivering the project over 3 weeks earlier than scheduled. Doing so resulted in a significant benefit to the bank.
