Corstone completed the Tenant Improvement build-out for Providence Physician's Group in Lynnwood, WA. Located in a retail complex that Corstone built for a developer, the 5,800 SF facility features a full service clinic. The project consisted of 16 exam rooms (large and small sizes), reception / waiting area, X-ray/Lab, Pharmacy, physician offices, staff lounge and kitchen, nursing flow stations and treatment areas. The clinic manages critical care in addition to routine medical needs. The project was completed on time and according to budget.
