Corstone completed the North Seattle Veterinary Clinic project in 2013. The Tenant Improvement build out included complete remodel of existing space into a fully functioning veterinary clinic. The facility includes 4 exam rooms, manager offices, reception area, triage, treatment areas, surgery, x-ray, isolation and wards. Special features include radial reception desk and sliding glass doors at the feline ward. Corstone completed the 3,845 SF facility on time and according to budget.
