Corstone completed the Northwest Animal Care Hospital Addition & Remodel for Dr. Brent Johnson in March 2009. Located in Everett, the project consisted of an occupied remodel to the existing veterinary hospital facility and new construction of a 3,500 SF rehabilitation facility behind the existing clinic. The new facility features unique veterinary services that are some of the first in the region, including an aquatic therapy clinic and a family ward for boarding multiple pets from a single household in one area.

Corstone provided pre-construction services for Dr. Johnson, working closely with the Architect and Owner to ensure successful completion. These services included preliminary budgeting and schedule development, assistance with permit acquisition, resolving project challenges such as parking shortages during construction and value engineering. We delivered the project in accordance with the budget and schedule, and phased construction to enable uninterrupted operation of the clinic.
