Corstone is currently under construction on the Residences at Swiftwater project in the popular Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA. The luxury townhome project will include 24 units featuring vaulted ceilings, stone work, high-end finishes and three patios in every home. Situated between a par 3 park and Rope Rider golf course, the development is complete with a 10,329 SF recreation center with an outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and communal entertainment areas. Corstone worked closely with the Owner and Architect on pre-construction services for several months before breaking ground.
