Corstone completed the 4,722 SF Midway Veterinary Hospital in Warren, OR. The project consisted of a ground-up new building located on the same lot as the existing veterinary practice. Corstone was able to complete construction of the new building while the veterinary hospital remained fully operational in it's existing location. This required coordination of daily activities with the staff, in addition to staging and parking accessibility throughout construction.

The hospital includes four examination rooms, treatment area, feline ward, canine ward, clinical ward, surgery, imaging and isolation areas. In addition, the building houses retail area and reception, laundry facilities, multiple offices and staff lounge facilities. Corstone completed the project on time and according to budget.
