Corstone completed the construction of two CityMD projects in Washington in Federal Way and West Seattle. The high-end clinics are each about 5,000 SF of space, including 9 exam rooms, X-ray rooms and offices. The Federal Way clinic was converted from an old Arby's restaurant that was falling to the ground during renovations. The West Seattle clinic was a new retail space on the lower level of condominiums. The clinics feature class A finishes throughout, including tile floors and high-end reception areas.
